Queen Rania Honors INJAZ Volunteers

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department – Amman) On International Volunteers Day Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah honored four recipients of the INJAZ Volunteer Achievement Award and INJAZ Corporate Achievement Award.

Queen Rania Joins Children and Mothers of Hai Nazal to Celebrate Mother's Day

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department - Amman) Amidst crayons, and cutouts, Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah joined children and their mothers from Hai Nazal to celebrate Mother's Day. 
 
Over 200 children were gathered at the Community Center Association (CCA), preparing greeting cards and other handicrafts for their mothers, when Queen Rania joined them. The children, already excited as they were participating in the day's events at the center, welcomed the Queen enthusiastically by tossing balloons and confetti as she walked in. 
 

Queen Rania and Children Explore Jordan's First Children's Museum

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department - Amman) Over 150 Jordanian children joined Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah in a visit to the Kingdom's first interactive Children's Museum, where they were invited to explore the various exhibits before the official launch.

Queen Rania and the children walked through the museum, where the young adventurers participated in various interactive activities and played in the different exhibit areas. Following the tour, the children were invited to share their feedback on their visit to the museum.

Queen Rania Attends Dinner Banquet to Support Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department - Amman) Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah attended a dinner banquet held by the ‘Jewel that is Jordan’ classic car tour.

The proceeds of the banquet, attended by chairman and founder of the ‘Jewel that is Jordan’ classic car tour, Jonathon Lyons, and Senator Akel Biltaji, as well as owners of classic cars from all over the world as well Jordanian businessmen and officials, will go to Al Aman Fund for the Future of Orphans.

Queen Rania Opens IT Center at Al-Hussein Society and Visits Sweiseh Girls High School

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department - Amman) As part of visits to different areas of the country to check on services provided to citizens, Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah visited Sweiseh Girls High School in Wadi Al-Seer and opened the IT center at Al-Hussein Society for the Habilitation and Rehabilitation of the Physically Challenged.

Queen Rania’s stop at Al–Hussein Society came in line with efforts to provide equal education and employment opportunities to people with physical disabilities so that they can participate in society.

Queen Rania Takes Part in JRF's "Back to School Campaign" in Ajloun

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department - Amman) In the north of Jordan, students from Ras El Munif School for Girls started their new school year in a fresh new environment, while others explored the need of preserving cultural and historical heritage of the high Castle in Ajloun.

On a day trip to Ajloun, Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah visited the Ras El Munif School and accompanied students from two other public schools to the Rabad Castle, which is currently undergoing a JD 720,000 restoration as part of efforts by the tourism sector to preserve the site.

Queen Rania Meets with UK's National Committee for UNICEF to Jordan
