(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department - Amman) Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah honored 35 girls who have participated in, and won, the second Hashemite Contest for Memorizing the Holy Quran for Girls at a ceremony held at the Cultural Islamic Center, which is part of the late King Abdullah I Mosque.
An international religious contest for girls, organized by the Jordanian Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs, the Hashemite Contest encourages girls to memorize verses from the Holy Quran.

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department – Amman) Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah joined INJAZ Al-Arab in formally recognizing the award-winning students of the Battle of the Best Arab Student Company Competition. Queen Rania presented the award of "Best Company of the Year" to the winning team. Other students were recognized for their work in producing the "Best TV Commercial" and "Best CEO".

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department – Amman) Recognizing that every human has the right to lead a dignified life begins with a conversation. That conversation took place amongst 100 Jordanian youth in an event called Dignity Day. The students joined Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah and members of the Young Global Leaders (YGLs) in a passionate and inspiring conversation about what it means to live a dignified life and how to treat each other in accordance with the principles of dignity.

(Jordan Times , Linda Hindi - Irbid) Her Majesty Queen Rania launched the second phase of the Qudorat programme, a successful project that has created around 425 job opportunities in various sectors.
The launch in Irbid, facilitated through the Jordan River Foundation (JRF), was designed to draw the attention of community-based organisations (CBOs) in Irbid Aqaba, Maan, Balqa, Jerash and Ajloun — six of the country’s 12 governorates where JRF will implement the programme.
