Thank you, Sheikh Nahayan, for those kind words – and, more importantly, for your commitment to women’s education.

I am delighted to be here with all of you… to be a part of this conference… and especially, to share the program with such inspiring women leaders. 

I am sure everyone here, throughout our lives, has learned a great deal from the women around us – our mothers, grandmothers, sisters and friends. 

A Group of Arab Students Presents Queen Rania with a Message to the Youth of the World

(Office of Her Majesty – Press Department – Amman) - In a gesture of outreach to the world's youth and in recognition of the common human values that bind us as a 'global family', a group of Arab youth, on Tuesday, presented Her Majesty with a message in a bottle to carry through to the youth of the world.

Queen Rania calls for a new perception of youth as a fourth, and leading, sector across the Arab world

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department - Dubai) Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah, on Sunday, called for a new perception of, and an action-driven approach to, youth as a fourth and leading sector in the Arab world, highlighting the urgency of reaching out to, unifying and empowering, them and, in that spirit, witnessed the signing of a partnership between the Young Arab Leaders and INJAZ program.

Her Majesty's comments came during a two-day working visit to Dubai, where she participated in the Annual Meeting of the Forum of Young Arab Leaders (YAL).

Queen Rania Attends Third Meeting of the Arab Women's Organization on Women's Contributions to Human Security

(Jordan Times - Amman) Her Majesty Queen Rania on Sunday participated in the third meeting of the Arab Women Organisation’s (AWO) higher council in Abu Dhabi.
 
During the meeting, AWO President Sheikha Fatima Bint Mubarak underlined the importance of taking serious and realistic measures to activate dialogue among different civilisations by drawing up programmes to eliminate misinterpretations and misconceptions.
