Queen Rania Meets with Leadership Program Youth

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department- Amman) Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah met today with several groups of participants in the Youth Leadership Program at The Queen Rania Family and Child Center (QRFCC). The Youth Leadership Program “Towards an Empowered Generation” is one of several programs offered by the center, which is the brain child of the Jordan River Foundation (JRF), founded by Her Majesty.

Queen Rania Listens In on JRF’s “One in a Million” Celebration

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department- Amman) – Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah met today with groups of beneficiaries of the Jordan River Foundation (JRF) programs, representing the different initiatives that the Foundation has committed itself to throughout the last fifteen years.

As part of JRF’s 15 year anniversary celebrations, Her Majesty met with a group of 170 beneficiaries who were divided into three groups. Each group presented the Queen with their success stories and the effect that JRF programs have had on them.

Queen Rania Checks Up on JRF Projects in Irbid

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department- Amman) – Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah visited a number of Jordan River Foundation (JRF) projects in Irbid. During the visit, the Queen followed up on projects in Al Rafeed and Samar charitable organizations.

Queen Rania Fulfills Orphans' Wish

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department- Aqaba) Her Majesty visited the port city of Aqaba on Thursday, to inspect and oversee work being done by the Jordan River Foundation - JRF, and met with local and regional youth representatives and officials. Upon arrival, Her Majesty was greeted by H.E. Commissioner Mohammad Saqer, Head of ASEZA and Ms. Valentina Qassisiyeh Director of JRF.

JRF, UNESCO Sign Cooperation Agreement in Paris

(Office of Her Majesty, Press Department—Paris) In her efforts to promote early childhood education and care, Her Majesty Queen Rania Al-Abdullah attended a signing ceremony between the Jordan River Foundation (JRF), and United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), as well as a JRF fundraiser, in Paris.

Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah is a mother, a wife, a boss, an advocate, and a humanitarian.

She once said, “I just wake up and feel like a regular person. At the end of the day you are living your life for the people that you represent. It’s an honour and a privilege to have that chance to make a difference – a qualitative difference in people’s lives – and it’s my responsibility to make the most out of that opportunity.”
