About The National Council for Family Affairs

The National Council for Family Affairs (NCFA) was established by Law in July 2001 and is chaired by Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah.  The NCFA is mandated to work as an ‘umbrella’ organization and as a coordinating body for relevant governmental and non-governmental agencies in the field of human and social development and family affairs. The Council is actively involved in building constructive relationships with all relevant actors in order to ensure a better quality of life for Jordanian families.

Mission  

To contribute towards the formulation and steering of policies, and support efforts that enhance the status of the Jordanian family, optimize its role, and preserve its values and heritage. 

Vision 

To create an environment that is conducive to growth and enables the Jordanian family to achieve its stability and well-being.
