Dear Queen Rania - speedy recovery to you - and happy smiles until you are well beyond 150 years old. In college and a few years thereafter, I was a gym instructor and was pre-med for 2 years, also lived as a child with Angina - stabbing heart pain - and here is the cure that works like a charm.
1. You run - good job - keep it up - or to lighten the load on your joints, switch to more laps in a pool or bike. I always say "I will never die on a day I swim a mile."

2. Take the example of the women in Southern Japan - the oldest living humans on average - of the planet. Eat the diet of a fisherman's wife and you will live to be 150. Eat the diet of a middle class person and you will live to be 70 or 80. Eat the diet of the wealthy and you might make 60 or 70. The fisherman's wife does not eat processed food, pasta, very much bread or anything that has been milled and bought in a store. She eats fish soup and fresh veggies from her own garden - barely cooked - often raw - and 1/2 of her veggies come from the sea. I have KELP growing on my boat and eat it fresh 3 - 5 times per week. It is an amazing LIFT - like a triple espresso. They say that KELP IS THE SYSTEMS ON food because it has more minerals and nutrients than any other substance, so it automatically allows any unused nutrients in your body to be utilized and processed. From your brain to your organs, from your heart and lungs to your legs - all systems are GO when you eat a little Kelp. That and fish oil and exercise - cut out the butter, pasta, bread and most carbs - eat LIVE foods (foods that still have cellular activity taking place - like a live tomatoe) and the "energy" or "chi" of the food will become part of you. Cooked foods lose 90% of their nutrients - be careful...raw sprouts in a glass jar - like pinto beans or black beans with rice - soak 24 hours - pour off water - rinse again - let them grow for 3-5 days and the nutrition in a small handful is MORE THAN A STEAK that was cooked - very good for arteries and heart.

3. Bronson Labs has a substance that really helped my heart pains - made them go away in less than 2 weeks - simple - works - Vitamin C Crystals - 1 big teaspoon in water or juice every other day - its like lemonade when you drink it. NOT tablets. NOT pills - its pure powder...Bronson Laboratories ships - get it - use it - wipes out cancer, colds, flus, circulatory problems - and if taken before any big meal, prevents fats and oils from being absorbed...so its good for anyone with a slight weight problem.

4. TUNA - the fighter fish. While canned tuna isn't so hot - its better than a steak or chicken. SURE.....we all love lamb (at least I do), but I doubt if Japanese fisherman's wives eat more than 1 or 2 such dishes in a lifetime. Tuna is packed with muscle and CHI (energy) - and of course don't forget your sushi - one of the best meals you can have, though the white rice isn't too hot.

I don't know if any of this helps - but bottom line - FIX IT - now...that's an order from everyone who wants you around for another couple hundred years.

Last night I had a dream. I dreamed it was August 17, 2015. The whole world was having a celebration to honor the visionaries who had shown the clearest vision of a world without poverty and hatred. Because Queen Rania was considered to be the major proponent of this initiative it was decided to hold the celebration in Amman. This is how the party began (When I played in a band I always thought drummers were linear thinkers. This clip proves otherwise):

Please Change it!
Dear our beloved queen Rania.
All we can say get well soon, we are so proud of u ,you always strive for the best to make a change, words are not enough to tell that we do care for you and the Royal family.
a scenario happened in front of me at QAIA , last year , my best friend arrived from USA along with his wife , he was in the Temp lock up at QAIA , was held that night at Al qwesmeh police STN .
reason, did not pay his past due phone land line bills . That was embarrassing for every one especially his American wife , Her 1st visit to beloved Jordan.
He has been told that there is a court order to pay his past due bill plus the penalty, he was taken immediately to that police STN for one night , the next morning at 10 AM he was taken to the court ,paid 490JD. was given Kaff Talab then released.
we are sure you are not aware of that . the other solution ,they could confiscate his passport QAIA , once he is cleared ,he can get back his passport.
Its not worth it to stay in the lock up after 13 hours flight , 4 years did not see Jordan and his family.
We have faith in u. we are positive you can address this issue -- we love you

Dear Queen Rania,

Thank you for offering this forum as a way to communicate directly with you and for all the phenomenal work that you do.

My husband recently accepted a job in Amman and for the past month we have been settling into life in Jordan. I must say, we have moved internationally 13 times and met some amazing people, but the warmth with which we were welcomed here in Jordan has been incredible. We love your beautiful country already!

I am working on a small project called Katie's Readers (in the name of a friend's 7 year old daughter who recently passed away) our aim is to collect gently used books from those who can afford them and pass them onto those who cannot. It is in the VERY early stages right now but because I used to homeschool and teach English I have personally a very large collection of books that I would like to donate in the name of Katie's Readers. As I have just arrived in Jordan, I am not yet familiar with the charities focusing on education and that is why I found my way to your website. I seriously have enough reading and teaching material to furnish an entire English language centre in a small school/facility and also would be very interested in supporting the centre with volunteer time to help teach the children English.

Please let me know if you have use for this material by e-mailing me at:

angelaressa@me.com

with warm and respectful regards

Whoo hoo - more progress on water for Jordan - we received the deposit negotiated on the prior Friday (prior post) - so wheels are in motion (older posts) ... When Jordan is drenched in water, so shall all of the Middle East learn a lesson they will not soon forget.

Your Majesty Queen Rania,
I saw your meeting today on the Today show and I was very impressed with the way you presented yourself. I think you have wonderful ideas and I agree with you most of all in the the world struggle today being between moderates and extremists. The moderates of this world must win. We cannot afford to lose the struggle. I would be delighted to hear your opinions in the future concerning the many issues confronting us in the world today. Sincerely, Donald Holly
