Training Programs

 

Scholarships:

Athens Information Technology (AIT) Scholarships
This scheme offers annual scholarships to Jordanian students interested in pursuing a post graduate degree in Information Technology. Six (6) scholarships are granted at the Masters level, three for each of the following programs.

1) Masters of Science in Management of Business, Innovation and Technology (MBIT)

Application deadline: July 17, 2013 & August 16th, 2013 (two admission rounds)

Eligibility criteria:
- Applicants must hold a Bachelor University Degree
- Applicants must demonstrate competence in the English language (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, CPE, etc.)
- Applicants should possess at least 2 years of proven work experience

Period of study: 12 months Full Time, 24 months Part Time

Admission date: September 2013

2) Masters of Science in Information and Telecommunications Technologies (MSITT)

Application deadline: July 17, 2013 & August 16th, 2013 (two admission rounds)

- Applicants must demonstrate competence in the English language (TOEFL, IELTS, CAE, CPE, etc.)

Period of study: 12 months Full Time, 24 months Part Time

The Institute for Advanced Study Scholarships – IUSS, Pavia-Italy #

This scheme offers two scholarships that are granted on annual basis to Jordanian students interested in pursuing a post graduate degree in Human Rights and Human Development. The scholarships cover the annual enrollment fees for the two year Master program at the University of Jordan, in addition, to a five week internship (thesis project) in Pavia, Italy in which travel, meals, and accommodation expenses are covered.

Application Deadline: June, 2013

Eligibility Criteria:
1. Admitted to the Master Program on Human Rights and Human Development at the University of Jordan
2. High Academic Standing

The scholarship holder is expected to achieve the required grade points average and meet the University academic and ethical standards in full, for the scholarship to be maintained for the entirety of the two year program
